Simple apparatus to move vehicles and buses loaded with victims and evacuates from tsunami from hit areas through mud and shallow water to the safe.

Conditions:

apparatus should be mobile

apparatus should be easy to install and to de- install in less than 10 minutes to be moved to the next vehicle or bus.
