The Air Cushion Technology Centre 

ACTC's main Goal is to provide adequate and continues Stream of information between Universities, Research centers and Air Cushion Community for the best for all.

The ACTC is the first Test Centre in the world that totally dedicated to Air Cushion tests from -40*c to +40*c and up to 120 km gusts and up to 2 meters of snow accumulation in some areas in winter and 3 meters wave heights.

The Hover College established the ACTC for comprehensive Hovercraft testing for all environment scenarios; fresh water, salt water, slopes, mud, grass, weeds marsh, sands, dunes,  ice, fresh snow, Sastrugis, All through over 200 acres test center, for Hovercrafts, Surface ships, Skimmers, AVCs, and all air cushion ferries.
